How to configure your internet connections on SuSe Linux
- Click on the Start Application menu icon
- Click on System and then choose YaSt
- The YaSt control center window will now open

- Choose ?Network Devices,? then on the right hand portion of the window click on ?Network card.? Do not choose ?DSL?, this setup is a DSL technology not used by LMi.
- The ?Network cards configuration? windows appears ? You should already see the configured devices.

- Then click on the ?change? button
- Your Ethernet card should be selected
- Then click on the ?edit? button

- Select the ?Static address setup? radio button and type in your ip address and the subnet mask
- Click on the ?Host name and name server? button
- Enter values for the Name Server: Name server 1 is 66.117.136.6 and Name Server 2 is 66.117.151.5

Click for a larger view
- Under Domain Search put in the optional setting of ?lmi.net?
- Click on the ?Routing? button
- Type in your Default Gateway or Router Address

- Click ?Next? and then ?Finish?
